Sight reads a set you filmed and tells you which of your coach’s rules held, on which rep, in his own words. Your reading happens on your phone; your videos and reads are saved to your private record — Sight learns from everything it has seen.
You don’t pick the movement — Sight reads which one it is.
Three to five ordinary repetitions. One video filmed from the side, one from the front — phone steady, whole body in frame. Order doesn’t matter; Sight reads which is which.
The first read on a device downloads the measuring instrument (about 15 MB) once.
